Our Rooms
Kelvin's and Roly's Rooms combine as one large space with capacity for 120 people which can be divided into two by a folding partition to create two rooms with capacity of 60 each. Tom's Room has a capacity of 47 people and is suited to smaller groups, often after using the sports hall.
Brand New Multi Purpose Space
You name it, the Kelvin Dawson Community Hub can facilitate it with capacity for up to 160 people.
Huge interactive screens allow for activities ranging from education and presentations to parties, bingo nights or a music venue with licensed bar. The Hub's got the lot.
We have 3 community rooms (2 of which can be opened out into a single, larger room by folding partition) for multi-use by the community.
Roly's Room
Looking out over Peel Football Club's pitch, with large roof lights bringing in plenty of natural light. Roly's Room can seat up to 60 people (120 when combined with Kelvin’s Room) and is equipped with state of the art technology including an 85” TV.
Kelvin's Room
Kelvin's Room has great views over Peel Golf Course and can seat up to 60 people (120 when combined with Roly's Room). Large roof lights flood in natural light in the day, and dimmable ceiling lights and side lights mean that lighting can be set to suit the event or activity in the evening.
Tom's Room
Looking over his sports hall, Tom's Room creates a viewing area for parents to relax while their children take part in sports hall activities, or for sports hall participants to enjoy refreshments during or after their activity. Tom's Room can also be used in conjunction with Kelvin and Roly's Room as break out space or perhaps for laying out food for a function.

The Hub can take up to 160 people in total. This is across all 3 rooms and not including the Sports Hall.
This depends on the purpose of your function and how many people you have attending. For bigger attendances you might want to book both Kelvin's and Roly's rooms together for 1 large space although they can both be separated by our acoustic silent dividing wall. Tommy's room is great as a small room for parties after a session in the Sports Hall.
Yes there are separate bars in Kelvin's and Roly's rooms that can be used together or separately. These can be hidden away with shutter doors though if they aren't needed. Please note we operate a cashless bar.
We have a newly installed kitchen downstairs which is available as a small extra. If you would like food providing we can arrange for this to be delivered from the Fairway Restaurant at Peel Golf Club or you can arrange for your own caterers.
Yes. We have a lift. Everyone is thought of and included.
